01 / Legal Agreement

Terms of Service

By engaging Optimization Imperative ("The Company") for digital marketing, SEO, or automation services, you agree to the following terms of execution:

1. Services & Execution

The Company agrees to provide the digital marketing services outlined in your specific proposal or invoice. We utilize proprietary AI workflows and automation technologies to execute these services with technical precision.

2. No Performance Guarantees

While we employ data-driven methodologies to improve performance metrics, specific results (including ranking positions, lead volumes, or specific revenue targets) cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of third-party platform algorithms (e.g., Google, Meta) and market conditions.

3. Limitation of Liability

Optimization Imperative reserves the right to terminate service for any client at any time for any reason. Written notice will be provided via text message and/or email.

4. Billing & Currency

All fees are billed in USD. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We utilize Stripe for secure payment processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Optimization Imperative is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or reliance on third-party platforms.

02 / Financial Protocols

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Protocol

Clients on recurring retainer agreements may cancel their service by providing 30 days written notice via email to info@optimizationimperative.com. Billing ceases after the notice period ends.

Refunds for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of digital labor, proprietary setup, and strategic consulting, refunds are not issued for services already rendered or for setup fees once work has commenced on the client's behalf.

Billing Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred in billing, please contact us immediately at the email provided in the footer so we can investigate the technical issue amicably before initiating a chargeback dispute.

03 / Data Handling

Privacy Policy

We treat client data with engineering rigor. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Collection

We collect information necessary for service execution, including name, email address, business details, and required access credentials for platforms we manage on your behalf.

Payment Data Security

We utilize Stripe for payment processing. Optimization Imperative does not store raw credit card data on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted by Stripe's infrastructure.
